I was not feeling quite right over the weekend and decided to call my doctor on Monday. I hadn't felt the baby move yet and was concerned, so they said to come in and the first thing the doctor did was to check for a heartbeat. THis was at 3pm. The baby had a strong heartbeat. AFter that, the doctor was going to check me for a yeast infection because I had excess vaginal discharge. As I scooted down on the exam table, my water suddenly broke. They did an ultrasound and the amniotic fluid was almost all gone. The doctor advised inducement and we checked in at 7pm. I delivered a baby girl at 2am. She did not survive, but was so perfect. This happened 2 days ago and I am now just beginning to process what has happened. I've decided to do an autopsy to try to find out what happened.

Did anyone find out what the reasons? I'm scared that this will happen again.
